“fancy food”

When I wrote that I stall every time I try to get fancy with my
meals, I meant trying to vary my sauces from simple butter or butter
and tabasco. Or preparing something from the store that says no
carbs. Like those crazy buffalo wings from the frozen section that
have breading on them…
When I just prepare roasts, bbq, and fry things myself, it goes
fine. I have much simpler fare, but I know exactly what’s in it, how
many carbs etc. I have just got to keep it simple. Otherwise the
counting of carbs gets too “soft” and I’m trying to guess.
