Can someone look at my fitday and tell me what they think… I’m just so new to
this that I
don’t know if I’m doing something wrong or not with my eating. Plus, I’ve been
at the
same weight for a few days, I’m wondering if I’m doing something wrong.
Thanks so much, I would really appreciate any suggestions!

Help, I have been doing the induction phase and I am just getting a trace
reading on the ketone stix. What am I doing wrong. I drink a ton of water,
could this be it?

I’m noticing that my finger nails are growing fast and very strong,
much more than usual, and I’m thinking it might be from all the
protein, is this just me or does anyone else notice this or other
effects from Atkins?
…Oh, by the way, if you (or ANYONE) finds a good low-carb recipe, please
feel free to share!!!

I have found tons of good recipes using pork rinds. I am still
waiting for my book to come in the mail, so I don’t know what the
book says about pork rinds. Are they ok to use? I heard one person
mention they felt that pork rinds caused them to stall? What are
anyone’s thoughts on using them for recipes/snacks?
I’m on induction and I didn’t realize I couldn’t have the carb
freedom fudge bars and had one tonight….will that totally stall
me? Was this a huge mess up? I don’t know what made me think that I
could have it…what a mistake! Do I need to start over?
You need more calories (unless you only weight 100 lbs), more fat, less
protein.

my % according to fitday are- carbs under 5% fat 55-65%
protein 33-38% do these #s look right? my calories are low only
around 1000 a day, do i need to be eating more whole protein,
turkey, chicken etc… thanks, regi
I’m a little lost, I keep reading that people need to add more
fat… For optimum weight loss, what percentage of your daily intake
should be fat and protein? How do I know if I have the right
amounts? (I’m using fitday so I can see approximate percentages but
I’m just not sure where it should be…)
Thanks for helping with all my newbie questions, you guys are so
helpful!
