percentage?

my % according to fitday are- carbs under 5% fat 55-65%
protein 33-38% do these #s look right? my calories are low only
around 1000 a day, do i need to be eating more whole protein,
turkey, chicken etc… thanks, regi

    If you eat too much protein, your body converts it into carbs! You look
    like you are doing pretty good, but maybe up your fat a bit (to at least
    65%). Remember, it’s a ratio%, not exact numbers (so it doesn’t matter if
    you eat 700 or 2400 calories, the % numbers should look the same).
    Everyone’s body is different, but almost universally, the more good fat you
    eat, the faster you lose). Hope this helps!
