		<description>If you eat too much protein, your body converts it into carbs! You look
like you are doing pretty good, but maybe up your fat a bit (to at least
65%). Remember, it's a ratio%, not exact numbers (so it doesn't matter if
you eat 700 or 2400 calories, the % numbers should look the same).
Everyone's body is different, but almost universally, the more good fat you
