		<description>Carissa, I have not heard of anyone stalling from pork rinds. I think the
problem might be that they ARE salty, so if you eat too many too often you
may retain water from the sodium. Pork rinds used to be the "official"
Atkins snack ... you could always tell who was low carbing at the store by
the pork rinds in their basket. Go for it!! -Kristina</description>
