		<description>I have NEVER had fingernails - they used to break down in the quick before I
even saw 'white'. Now I have to cut them, because they grow too long. I
really don't eat more protein than I used to, but thanks to FitDay, i am
more aware than ever of the nutrition I take in each day. Every night I run
a daily nutrition report, and then add in what I am lacking in supplements.
Since this has been going on, my nails grow stong and hard. I have just
added Vitamin K to my regimine, as I always seemed to be short on that. I
looked it up, and I think almost EVERYONE is deficient in vitamin K1 (you
have to eat a pound of spinach or kale a day to get your RDA) ... and it is
*critical* for bone health.
