It looks like you are doing fine! You have a steady downward trend of
weight loss ... you can't ask for much more! Rarely do people lose
consistantly and every day (ie: 1/2 pound every day for weeks). You weight
loss chart looks more like a 'normal' pattern. If you DO think you are a
bit 'stuck', I would cut down on your cheese consumption a bit (like maybe 2
ounces every other day?), and mabe not do the shakes EVERY day. Try maybe 3
shakes a week, and try eating cream cheese instead of the type you are
eating now. Other than that, seems like you are getting your veggies and
protein in ... how's your water intake?
