Too much protein, not enough fat…and I would get rid of the shakes.
Concentrate on getting your nourishment from real food!! Are you drinking
all your water?

Atkins is high fat, not high protein. The ratios should be something like
65%-70% fat, 5% carbs and 20%-35% protein for weight loss.
