trying to start!!
ok I’ve done the atkins before and I lost 28 lbs I gained about 7 lbs
back so tomorrow i am trying to start the atkins again. I have to lose
30 lbs to reach my weight goal, becuz i am so short 5′1 I am supposed
to weight like 118 lbs which seems so small but I wanna try and it is
so hard but i guess if I can speak to people who are in my situation
maybe I can do it this time to reach my goal and stay at it. My one
problem with the atkins is boredom of food. For the strict 2 wks I
would stick to just meat and some cheese but the same meat mostly bacon
chicken and once a pork chop so thats why I believe I cant stay on it
long, what else can I throw in for the strict two wks so I dont get
bored with it. Also reading everyone else reached goals really help
too, its so great to see people go for it and get there makes me think
maybe I might be able too.

Hi Tara,
Did you follow the list of foods to be eaten during induction? There are
lots of things you can eat. Atkins does not consist of only meat and
cheese. You need to be sure and get your salads and veggies in, drink all
your water, and keep your fat intake up. You can do this!!! Read the book
again, print off the allowed foods list, and go for it. Induction doesn’t
have to be boring.

ok all that sounds so good I never ate those things on the atkins
Gonna try maybe yoga I know need to exercise as well, but thanx for
before, well I’ve lost 6lbs already which is pretty good, the 3rd day
was the hardest wow haha surprised i made it threw but its so easier
now, Im gonna try those lists of things u gave me too eat becuz right
now I would eat any kind of green veggie even though i dont usually eat
veggies one good thing about the atkins u learn to eat things u never
would. I have been so good with water between 4-6 bottles a day and
going from someone who would NEVER touch water pretty darn good
giving me that list of food lol no wonder i went off it before!!!
