Help, I’m truly desperate
i know what you are saying about having a hard time sticking. listen i have
been dieting for 2 years and working out hard. i lost 60 pounds and i would
like to lose 20 more. sometimes you need to just take a break for sometime
because being on a diet can be mentally taxxing especially when you are having a
hard time sticking. By going on and off you are psyching yourself out and
probably hating yourself for it. My recommendation to you is to take a break
for
a week or two from the diet and eat a normal diet, get serious and then start
the diet up fresh again. Honestly that worked best for me. I took a month
off from dieting and gained 5 lbs after my dad died and when i got back on it
seriously I was able to stick because i was mentally ready and also i was able
to lose more because my body was un-use to dieting. Just be careful not to
eat a million calories during your break!
