Hit Plateau and need help moving pass it

I started Atkins at the first of the year and I have lost 10 pounds but
now I have been stuck for about 2 weeks.
I’ve increased the amount of exercise from nothing to at least twice a
week and will build from there.
I am still using the induction phase which works great for me. I find
myself not eating as much as I did and food really tastes different.
I need some tips or suggestions on how to jump start the weight loss
again.
